Yes and the process to confirm earnings are simple.

What type of mortgage is available in Germany?

Usually investors are looking to achieve the maximum return on their investment. In Germany, if you hold a property for 10 years plus, Capital Gains Tax will be exempt*

German Lenders will allow 5, 10, 15 or 20 year fixed rates – with many clients opting for a 10 years fixed rate, to sit in line with the Capital Gains Tax benefits. If you chose to hold the investment for longer, then IPFG will review and advise of the best product after the fixed rate period.
